Soniya is a licensed attorney admitted to the State Bar of Minnesota in 2023. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Deaf Studies from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in May 2020. She received her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in May 2023.
